Mira Grant
Seanan McGuire, writing as Mira Grant, is an American author born in 1978 known for her science fiction and horror novels, especially the Newsflesh series. She has a lifelong interest in horror movies and virology, which inspired her writing. She won the 2010 John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer and has been nominated multiple times for Hugo Awards.
