W. E. B. Du Bois

W. E. B. Du Bois (1868–1963) was an American sociologist, historian, author, editor, and civil rights activist. He was a leading Black protest leader in the early 20th century, co-founder of the NAACP, and a pioneering intellectual who shaped African American literature and civil rights discourse.
