Sara Donati

Sara Donati is the pen name of Rosina Lippi, a former academic and tenured university professor who transitioned to full-time fiction writing around 2000. She is internationally bestselling for her historical novels set in the United States between 1790 and 1885, particularly the Wilderness series which follows the Bonner family in upstate New York. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family.
