R. A. Salvatore
Robert Anthony Salvatore, born in 1959 in Massachusetts, is an American author renowned for his fantasy novels, especially The Legend of Drizzt series set in the Forgotten Realms. He has also written The DemonWars Saga and the Star Wars: The New Jedi Order novel Vector Prime. Salvatore holds degrees in Communications and English from Fitchburg State College, where his collection of manuscripts and papers is archived.
