Ben Aaronovitch

Ben Dylan Aaronovitch, born in 1964 in London, is an English author and screenwriter best known for his Rivers of London series. He began his career writing for television, including notable work on Doctor Who, and later transitioned to writing urban fantasy novels. He is also an advocate for diversity in literature and founded the Future Worlds Prize to support diverse writers in science fiction and fantasy.
