W. Phillip Keller

Weldon Phillip Keller (1920-1997) was a Christian author who wrote more than thirty-five books, including the popular 'A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23.' Born to missionary parents in Kenya, he grew up in Africa and later worked as a photographer, agronomist, and author.
