Soren Sveistrup

Søren Sveistrup is a Danish screenwriter and author born in 1968, internationally acclaimed for creating the Danish TV series The Killing and writing the bestselling Nordic noir novel The Chestnut Man. He holds Master's degrees in History and Literature from the University of Copenhagen and studied screenwriting at the Danish Film School. His work has been translated into over 30 languages and adapted into a Netflix series.
