SenLinYu is an American author known for their debut dark fantasy novel Alchemised, which is a reimagining of their popular fanfiction Manacled. They grew up in the Pacific Northwest, studied classical liberal arts and culture, and began writing during their baby's nap time. Their online works have garnered over twenty million downloads and have been translated into twenty-three languages. SenLinYu lives in Portland with their family and uses she/her and they/them pronouns.
