Peter M. Senge

Peter Michael Senge (born 1947) is an American systems scientist and senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the founding chairperson of the Society for Organizational Learning and is renowned for his work on organizational development and learning organizations. His seminal book, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization, introduced the concept of learning organizations and has had a profound impact on business and education worldwide.
