Neil Postman

Neil Postman was an American educator, media theorist, and cultural critic, best known for his influential 1985 book Amusing Ourselves to Death. He was a professor at New York University, where he created and led the Media Ecology program, and authored over thirty books on education, media criticism, and cultural change. He passed away in 2003 at the age of seventy-two.
