Myrna Sheldon

Myrna Perez Sheldon is an assistant professor at Ohio University, jointly appointed in Classics & Religious Studies and Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in the history of science from Harvard University and is a historian of science, feminist and critical-race theorist, and scholar of religion. Her work explores how evolutionary science and Christianity influence racial and sexual identities in the United States.
