Madeleine L'Engle

Madeleine L'Engle (1918–2007) was an American author renowned for her imaginative juvenile literature, blending science fiction and fantasy with themes of good versus evil, faith, and family. She wrote over 60 books, including the acclaimed 'A Wrinkle in Time' and its sequels, and was a librarian and writer in residence at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in New York City.
