Lilian Gask

Lilian Fanny Gask (1865–1942) was a British author of children's books, known for her collections of folk and fairy tales. She was the eldest of six children and began her career with the publication of Dog Tales in 1904. Her works often featured poetic and rhythmical storytelling, accompanied by charming illustrations.
