Kiley Reid

Kiley Reid is an American novelist born in 1987 in Los Angeles and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She earned her MFA from the Iowa Writers' Workshop, where she was awarded the Truman Capote Fellowship and taught creative writing workshops focusing on race and class. Reid is known for her incisive explorations of race, class, and modern relationships, and currently teaches at the University of Michigan.
