Kate Atkinson

Kate Atkinson is a British novelist, short-story writer, and playwright born in 1951 in York, England. She is known for her complex plots, experimental narrative forms, and often eccentric characters. Atkinson has won multiple literary awards and was appointed MBE for services to literature in 2011. She lives in Edinburgh.
