John D. Preston Psy.D.

John D. Preston, Psy.D., ABPP, was a board certified neuropsychologist and counseling psychologist. He authored or co-authored over twenty books on psychopharmacology, psychological assessment, neurobiology, and psychotherapy. He was a professor emeritus at Alliant International University and served on the faculty of the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He received the Mental Health Association's President's Award and the California Psychological Association's Distinguished Contributions to Psychology Award.
