Hugh Howey

Hugh Howey is an American science fiction author born in 1975, best known for his Silo series, including the acclaimed book Wool. He began writing Wool as a short story in 2011 and self-published it, leading to international bestseller status and adaptations into a TV series. Howey has also written the Molly Fyde saga and other novels, living in Florida with his family.
