George Grossmith

George Grossmith (1847-1912) was an English comedian, writer, composer, actor, and singer. He is best remembered for creating memorable comic roles in Gilbert and Sullivan operas and for co-authoring the comic novel "The Diary of a Nobody" with his brother Weedon Grossmith. He had a successful career in entertainment and writing during the late Victorian era.
