Farley Mowat

Farley Mowat (1921–2014) was a Canadian writer and environmentalist known for his books about the Canadian North and wildlife. His works have been translated into 52 languages, selling over 17 million copies worldwide. He was a passionate advocate for environmental causes and Indigenous peoples, and his writing often combined storytelling with naturalist themes.
