Cole Younger

Cole Younger (1844–1916) was a Missouri guerrilla captain during the American Civil War and later an outlaw with the James-Younger gang. After being paroled in 1901, he sought a pardon, operated a Wild West show, and lectured on his life experiences. He published his autobiography in 1903, reflecting on his life as a soldier, outlaw, and convict.
