Charles Colson

Charles Wendell Colson (1931–2012) was a former special counsel to President Richard Nixon, known as the White House 'hatchet man' during the Watergate scandal. After pleading guilty to Watergate-related offenses and serving seven months in prison, he experienced a profound religious conversion and became a prominent Christian author and founder of Prison Fellowship Ministries.
