Brother Andrew

Brother Andrew (1928-2022) was a Dutch Christian missionary known for smuggling Bibles into communist countries during the Cold War. He founded the organization Open Doors to support persecuted Christians worldwide and authored the bestselling autobiography God's Smuggler, which has sold over 10 million copies in 35 languages. He was knighted by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and received the World Evangelical Fellowship’s Religious Liberty Award for his lifetime service to the persecuted church.
