Blake Snyder

Blake Snyder (1957–2009) was an American screenwriter, consultant, author, and educator based in Los Angeles. He sold dozens of scripts in his 20-year career, including hits like Blank Check for Disney, and became a popular writing mentor through his Save the Cat! series. He taught at major universities and his books are widely used in screenwriting education.
