Becky Chambers

Becky Chambers (born May 3, 1985) is an American science fiction author known for her optimistic, character-driven narratives that emphasize hopepunk themes, interstellar multiculturalism, and everyday relationships in expansive galactic settings. She is the author of the Hugo Award-winning Wayfarers series and the Monk & Robot novellas, including "A Psalm for the Wild-Built." Chambers has lived in Iceland and Scotland and currently resides in California with her wife.
