Barry Z. Posner

Barry Z. Posner is the Michael J. Accolti, S.J. Professor of Leadership at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, where he served as Dean for 12 years. He is an internationally renowned scholar, bestselling author, and award-winning educator in leadership, having published over 100 research and practitioner articles. Posner has received numerous honors including the Association for Talent Development's highest award for Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance.
