Arnie Kozak

Arnie Kozak, PhD, is a psychotherapist and clinical assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He is also a workshop leader at several Buddhist and yoga centers and the founder of Exquisite Mind, a consultation service. Kozak has been practicing yoga and meditation for over thirty years and focuses on translating Buddhist teachings into accessible forms for modern readers.
