Aravind Adiga

Aravind Adiga, born on 23 October 1974 in Chennai, India, is an Indian writer and journalist known for his sharp social commentary on modern Indian society. He studied English literature at Columbia University and Oxford University and has worked as a correspondent for Time magazine. His debut novel, The White Tiger, won the 2008 Man Booker Prize.
