Tyson Yunkaporta

Tyson Yunkaporta is an Aboriginal scholar, academic, arts critic, researcher, and founder of the Indigenous Knowledge Systems Lab at Deakin University in Melbourne. He is a member of the Apalech Clan in far north Queensland and author of the award-winning book Sand Talk: How Indigenous Thinking Can Save the World, which explores Indigenous perspectives on global issues.
