Valérie Perrin, born in 1967 in Remiremont, France, is a French novelist, screenwriter, and photographer. She grew up in Burgundy and settled in Paris in 1986 before moving to Normandy. She is best known for her novels 'Les Oubliés du dimanche' (2015) and 'Changer l'eau des fleurs' (2018), the latter known in English as 'Fresh Water for Flowers'.
