Terrance Dicks

Terrance William Dicks (1935–2019) was an English author, television screenwriter, script editor, and producer, best known for his extensive work on the BBC series Doctor Who. He served as the show's script editor from 1968 to 1974 and wrote numerous episodes and novelisations, becoming one of the most prolific Doctor Who authors. His novelisations inspired many children to become readers and writers.
