Padraic Colum

Padraic Colum (1881–1972) was an Irish poet, novelist, dramatist, biographer, playwright, children's author, and collector of folklore. He was a leading figure of the Irish Literary Revival and the Celtic Revival. Colum published 61 books and is best known for his works for children, including The Children of Odin and The Golden Fleece.
