Mrs. Isabella Beeton

Isabella Mary Beeton (1836–1865) was an English journalist, editor, and writer best known for her 1861 work, Mrs Beeton's Book of Household Management. She was born in London and became a prominent domestic authority in Victorian Britain. She died young at age 28 from an infection after childbirth.
