Michael Cecchi-Azzolina is a veteran of the New York City restaurant industry with over 35 years of experience. He has worked at some of the city's most famous and influential restaurants, including La Rousse, The Water Club, The River Cafe, Raoul's, and Le Coucou, where he served as maître d’hôtel. He lives in Manhattan and authored the memoir Your Table Is Ready: Tales of a New York City Maître D', which offers a detailed, behind-the-scenes look at the restaurant world.
