Leon Leyson

Leon Leyson (born Leib Lejzon; 1929–2013) was a Polish-American Holocaust survivor and one of the youngest Jews saved by Oskar Schindler. He authored the memoir "The Boy on the Wooden Box," recounting his survival during the Holocaust. After immigrating to the U.S., he became an educator and was honored with an honorary doctorate for his contributions as a witness to the Holocaust.
