Janet Mock

Janet Mock is a New York Times bestselling author, writer, director, and transgender rights activist. She is known for her memoirs that explore her journey as a Black and Kanaka Maoli trans woman, and she has made history as a writer and director on the FX series Pose. She is also a feminist activist and has received numerous honors including Harvard University's Artist of the Year Award and the PEN Center's Award of Honor.
