Honoree Fanonne Jeffers

Honorée Fanonne Jeffers (born 1967) is an American poet, novelist, essayist, and professor of English at the University of Oklahoma. She has published five poetry collections and a critically acclaimed novel, The Love Songs of W.E.B. Du Bois. Her work explores themes of culture, race, history, family, and African American experiences.
