Francine Mathews

Francine Mathews, born in 1963 in Binghamton, New York, is an American author known for mystery and spy fiction. She studied history at Princeton and Stanford Universities and worked as an intelligence analyst at the CIA before becoming a full-time writer. She writes the Merry Folger Nantucket mystery series and also writes historical mysteries under the pen name Stephanie Barron.
