Edwin Lefevre

Edwin Lefèvre (1871–1943) was an American journalist, writer, and diplomat best known for his writings on Wall Street business. Born in Colón, Panama, he trained as a mining engineer before becoming a journalist and stockbroker. He served as an ambassador to several countries and authored eight books, including the classic Reminiscences of a Stock Operator.
