Darren Shan

Darren Shan, born Darren O'Shaughnessy on July 2, 1972, in London, is an Irish author known for his young adult horror and fantasy fiction. He gained fame with his series The Saga of Darren Shan (also known as Cirque du Freak), and has also written The Demonata, Zom-B, and The City Trilogy for adults. He began as an adult writer but became widely popular for his children's and young adult books.
