Albert Hackett

Albert Hackett was an American playwright and screenwriter born in 1900 in New York City. He was best known for his long-standing writing partnership with his wife, Frances Goodrich, with whom he co-wrote the Pulitzer Prize-winning play The Diary of Anne Frank. Hackett began his career as a child actor and later became a prominent writer in Hollywood and on Broadway.
