Alan Dean Foster

Alan Dean Foster (born November 18, 1946) is an American writer known for his extensive work in science fiction and fantasy, including novelizations of popular films such as Star Wars and Alien. He has authored numerous original novels and series, notably the Humanx Commonwealth universe and the Pip and Flinx adventures.
