Abbie Farwell Brown

Abbie Farwell Brown (1871–1927) was an American author born in Boston, Massachusetts. She was known for her children's literature, often drawing inspiration from folklore and mythology. Brown lived her entire life in her family's home on Beacon Hill and was a descendant of early New England settlers.
